Whole wheat is a staple in Indian households, widely used to prepare wheat flour (atta) for chapati, roti, poori, and more. It's also used in making kanji (porridge), halwa, godhumai upma, and traditional sweets.

🌿 How to Use:

Mill into fresh atta for soft and nutritious chapatis.

Use soaked and cooked grains for kanji or upma.

Roast and grind to make godhumai halwa or laddu.

Add to multigrain mixes for added nutrition.
