This unpolished whole grain retains the bran, germ, and endosperm — offering full-spectrum nutrition. It is commonly used to prepare whole wheat flour (atta), godhumai dosai, kanji, and traditional sweets.

🌿 How to Use:

Grind to make fresh atta for rotis, chapatis, and puris.
