THIRIKADUGU CHOORANAM

Egkam’s Thirikadugu Chooranam (also known as Trikatu Churna) is a traditional herbal blend widely used in Siddha and Ayurvedic medicine. The formulation contains equal parts of Sukku (dry ginger), Milagu (black pepper), and Thippili (long pepper) — three spices that work synergistically to ignite digestive fire, relieve indigestion, and clear respiratory blockages.

This chooranam acts as a natural expectorant, helps burn excess ama (toxins), and supports metabolism and immunity. It's particularly useful during cold seasons for preventing and managing colds, coughs, sinusitis, and related ailments.

🌿 How to Use:

General Use: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water or honey, once or twice daily after meals.

For Cold/Cough: Take with honey or tulsi juice for added relief.
