🌿 How to Use:

To Prepare Gel Base: Dissolve Agar Agar (powder or strands) in water or milk. Boil until fully dissolved. Add sweeteners/flavorings as needed, pour into molds, and allow it to set.

Ideal for: Jellies, puddings, custards, fruit gels, vegan cheeses, and more.

Typical ratio: 1 tsp powder or ~5g strands per 1 cup liquid (adjust as needed for firmness).
